Kenyan Nights
Working on an emergency hot fix when training time came along. Slipped out for an hour. Minimal w/u and w/d. Fartlek session for 25:00. Used Garmin 405 for slow, medium and fast section timings. 10:00 w/u, 5 loops - nice and consistent. 5:00 w/d. Went straight back to work - cleaned up a little - but hid in my cube until done a few hours later.
