Kenyan Way Hills

Back in the saddle with warm-up and hill relay. Plan is to start some consistent training. This one I was only good for 8 reps. Last 3 I died on. Core exercises were kinda tough also.

Working late

Missed Kenyan Way Hill session because working late with major coordinated software releases with a midnight hard date due to new financial transactions starting. Lots of issues resolved using all the experience of previous sketchy releases. Amazing lack of a plan B - but we believe squeaked by. Of course doing inevitable hot fixes Tuesday!
