Flight back Mon was delayed by a few hours so I
missed the
regular Kenyan Nights session. On way back home made up a
hill session on own. 4miles, 15.00 w/u, 25:00 2 hill loop, 9:00 w/d. 3 reps of 50 steps backwards up hill. Feeling it after all the travel. But kept form and 10 reps under control. Managing to increase
heart rate each set.
