5 miles. Short w/u and hill session. Little slick underfoot. (Rain continues all week.)

Terry Hershey Park - Long run.

8 miles, THP. 65F. Slight drizzle. Muddy. Felt great.

Friday Run. In the Rain and cool weather!

6 miles. Memorial Park Trails. Lots of rain after cold front pushed in all day. 59F. Rained during run. Bailed to blue trail with Bayou full. Of course very few people out. Holiday weekend ahead(Columbus Day).
